Compre Holdings Ltd is independently owned by its three principal partners, Mikko Sinko - Chairman, Nick Steer – Managing Director and Ken Davies - Director.
Compre Holdings has two main business divisions; risk carriers and service companies. The risk carriers were acquired by Compre Holdings and are now the regulated entities under which further business transfers can be undertaken. Compre Holdings continues to expand its risk carrier portfolio and is actively seeking opportunities on a global scale with further acquisitions of companies and/or portfolios. Compre Holdings also has the capability to assume transfers of portfolios of discontinued business from existing risk carriers and has direct experience of completing such deals across Europe.
Compre Holdings is also extending its service company capability through organic growth and strategic acquisition of European based specialist service providers.

The service companies supply the professional resources and deliver the key services to both the Compre owned risk carriers and external third party clients. Offices are located in London, Helsinki, Stockholm and Malmö. The service companies have four functional teams enabling it to focus its professional resources and deliver results for its clients, they are:
