Claim Reviews

Compre provides claim audits to satisfy you of the performance of a single contract, or perhaps a whole portfolio of business, and ensure the contract(s) are performing to the standards required and that the reserves posted are both necessary and appropriate in value.

Claim reviews are both vital and necessary to identify and report on possible redundant reserves or inappropriate reserves that have been established and can lead to substantiate/reduce reserves.  

Our claim reviews will ensure:

  • There are adequate systems to support, assess and settle losses
  • Proper procedures exist to record and document loss notifications and claims
  • Adequate numbers of suitably trained staff are deployed
  • There are no unreasonable delays in claims processing and settlements
  • That controls exist to prevent fraudulent or duplicated losses
