Harsh Mittal joined Compre in April 2022 as Interim Deputy Group CFO, and took on the role of Deputy Group CFO from September 2022 onwards. He is an experienced finance professional having worked across Insurance and Banking sectors for the last 15 years in the UK and India. He has significant experience of the Insurance and Reinsurance industry having worked at KPMG, and Swiss Re for nine years including as Head of Performance Management for Swiss Re Group. He has also been the CFO of a retail commercial bank in India which was focussed on credit for small businesses and digital access to banking products for the masses.  He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Leeds.
